Me

I am a specialist in coaching care professionals to manage stressful and emotionally demanding work environments. 

You may have plenty of information about self- care and resilience but working out how to apply it on the ground can be an uphill struggle.

I offer you the chance to invest in your personal and professional development so that you can avoid the downward slope of burnout and head instead towards a positive and resilient mindset. 

Spending time coaching with me will lay great foundations for:
